How we moderate

Negative is not a reason

A review comes down for one of four reasons, and being critical of a company isn't one of them:

• It's fake, or the author has a conflict of interest.
• It names or exposes private individuals.
• It contains threats or hate.
• It isn't about a real charter.

Verified charters

A Verified badge means the reviewer sent us their booking contract or invoice. Only moderators see the document. Verified reviews count double in a company's scores.

What companies can do

A company can reply under any review. It can't edit a review, remove one, or pay for a better score, and nothing on this site is a paid placement.
